The way that our Bluetooth Advertising systems work is that you firstly create an advert (or adverts) to send, the system will then take the advert and continuously search your proximity for Bluetooth enabled mobile phones; when phones are found in range they are automatically sent an invitation to receive your advert, the recipient can choose to accept or decline your advert. If they accept the advert, it will be sent for the recipient to view. If they decline, the advert will not be sent.

The systems will keep track of who has accepted or declined your advert and will not offer that same advert to their mobiles again unless you choose to, when you create a new advert; all mobiles will be sent the new advert request. This information is also available for easy access in the form of Statistics to check on how effective your campaigns have been.

Bluetooth Proximity Advertising is NOT considered spam as its completely permission based so the mobile user will receive an invitation inviting the advert, if they choose to accept the advert, it will then be downloaded to their phone so they can enjoy the benefits of your advert. If they decline the invitation, the advert will NOT be sent so the mobile user is in complete control.
