As the marketing director for Synchro it is essential that our web site is updated regularly often several times a day. When I need updates altering or changing I need them done pretty quickly...not being so technically cognoscente is no hindrance either, they interpret well and appear to have the tolerance of working saints; that is what I particularly like.
I would say we at Synchro are fairly high maintenance or demanding would perhaps be more honest and Alloi have developed a working relationship which suits our needs, this is more important than many companies I think truly value.
